Turmoil

That is the best way to describe my life for the last month. I am searching, reaching really for little lights in the darkness. I have some very supportive friends. Life is really about relationships. When the roller coaster dips, the people in your life who are along for the ride are your saving grace. Surround yourself with genuine souls. They will be your lights in the darkness. Hold your family close. Fur family, friend family or blood family. Life has no guarantees.

Take in the sunrise. Breathe. Send a loved on a random text. Say a kind word to a stranger. Compliment a co-worker. I ask you to put some positivity into the world. Some of us need it more than they show. Today is the 4 year anniversary of my step-dads death. It serves as a reminder to take in the good, the ordinary of each day. It is the little things in life that matter the most.
