We visited Ballintoy Harbour, also known in Game of Thrones  as "the Iron Islands". Breathtakingly beautiful scenery. I could have spent the whole day just here. It was moments like this that make me long to return. Caves, cliffs, beach, you name it!

The green really is that bright, almost luminescent. The water is also very clear (and cold!). When we rolled up on the turn to come to the harbour we hit a wall of fog so thick you could not see 3 feet in front of you. I then had to drive in this fog down the most winding road I have ever driven. Luckily it was not a long road but I was super nervous because there were people walking along it and it was narrow with lots of cars coming to and from. Very much white knuckled that stint.

When I go back (because I will go back!) I will spend all of my time exploring the coast and allowing lots of time for hiking.
