Another favorite tradition of ours is hiking Black Friday. I don't like crowds, traffic or shopping so this is a no brainer for me and one of the things my husband is most grateful for. We didn't go on an elaborate hike like years past because we had a family gathering to attend on the other side of Atlanta so time was short. We took the dogs on a hike to a park close to our house that has quickly become my favorite park for a myriad of reasons. It is just too darn pretty!

Sirius is not the best dog on a leash. He also has an issue with other dogs on a leash so it can be a challenge walking him on a nice day (it was 70!) in a popular park. Storm on the other hand is just a perfect angel on a leash and loves everybody and every dog she passes.
