Decatur Cemetery

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the headstones date back to 1825 in Decatur Cemetery. It is covered with rolling hills. There is a pond where you can feed the ducks and geese. At 58 acres, the Cemetery is a beautiful place to enjoy scenery in a rich historic landscape. Dogs on leashes are welcome, but must be kept on the roadway. The visitor center supplies baggies for the dogs so there is no excuse not to clean up any messes.

I have always wanted to try grave rubbings, this would be the perfect cemetery for that.
