List the greatest compliments and encouragement you have ever been given.

1. The biggest encouragement came from Ms. Sherri McDonald. My high school art teacher at open campus. She changed my world by encouraging me to grow and experiment in forms I never dreamed of. She changed me for the better.
2. The repeat clients I have had, some for many many years give me encouragement over and over again. I don't think they know how much it means to me to be a part of their lives in the most intimate ways.
3. Recently my friend Laura called me to tell me how impressed she was with my daughter. She went on to compliment me as a mother because of what a beautiful soul my daughter is. It was one of the truly kindest, most heartfelt words I ever heard, not only about me but about my child. My heart still explodes when I think of that conversation.
4. Becca commented on social media that she was having the best time on my vacation. For some reason that just struck a cord. I was worried I was over sharing on IG and FB during my Costa Rica trip. It was a dream vacation for us and my soul could not contain the joy I was experiencing and it was encouraging to say the least to hear all the positive feedback on my rantings. I still have 2000+ raw files to go through before I can start organizing posts for the blog. It was such a magical place. I don't want to rush through them.
5. I have to say the best compliment though is when that little blonde haired, blued eyed boy wraps his arms around me just about every day and hugs me super tight and tells me I am the best mom ever.
