Talk about needing to get out some frustrations.

I have been seeing all over Facehole a free event for throwing axes. I clicked "interested" as I do a million other things...seriously the only useful feature on FB...So I could look into it later.

After getting all namaste with goats we got all our pent up anger out on some particle board.

Becky was a pro from the start. I was throwing like a girl at first. It's a little intimidating hanging that ax over your head and flinging it at a wall with all of your might. Becky was all in. We played a few games of cricket (like darts with axes) and I started to get the hang of it.

I ended up with 2 bulls eyes and was robbed of a 3rd (it bounced off). We threw until we were worn out. It was freaking awesome. The open house was free all weekend and I didn't know what to expect. I figured it would be crowded, or long wait times, or we would be limited but there was none of that.The staff was friendly and helpful. It was busy but it did not take long to get going and once we did we did not wait long and go to throw as long as we wanted. The venue is located about 2 miles from Bone Garden so we ate there afterwards to wrap up one of the best Saturdays I have had in a very long time. So happy my neighbor Becky came out to play and she had a great time as well. We decided we need to have these adventures at least once a month. I love new adventure friends!
