I left my heart in San Francisco

San Fran truly is a magical city

so much architecture, art, culture, food

I could go on and on

My goal is to run the Nike Women's Half and run across that bridge one day

I miss living by the water

something about just seeing it has such a calming effect on me

Lots of Street Art

Alcatraz

The hills are no joke

This is the curviest street in the world (I made Shane drive)

He hated driving in California. He said it was much worse than Atlanta

I don't think it is nearly as bad as driving in Manhattan!

Famous Haight-Ashbury District

a web of trolley cables

and unique shops

Crappy problem to have

No trip complete without in n out burger The famous painted ladies

and a trip to Pier 39

Besides my obsession with the Ferris Wheel...I also cannot avoid a ride on a carousel if I see one

Much to my husbands chargrin

I also was able to see an exhibit of one of my favorite photographers, Man Ray

I was always so inspired in school by his manipulations

So much harder to do in the darkroom than on a computer in photoshop

Chinatown is always fun
