Biscayne National Park is the northernmost beginning of the Florida Keys. 95% of the park is in the ocean. There is an abundance of snorkeling and diving opportunities here, including many shipwrecks. The best way to explore this park is by boat or kayak. We did not allow enough time to properly explore the park this way. There was a storm coming so those activities were out of the equation. We did explore the visitor center and the Convoy Point Jetty Walk.
