Graveface Museum

I recently stopped in to one of my favorite towns, Savannah, on the way home from spending new years with family. I am one who always finds something to do both on the way and on the way home from any road trip. I think it is because of so many trips in the back seat of my parents car driving back and forth from Atlanta to New York with out stopping that I am traumatized to be in a car for more than 4 hours. On our way home we stopped by River Street and visited the Graveface Museum. When I found this new edition to the Roadside America app I knew it would be a hit. Between the Cult room, the serial killer room and the VHS horror collection I knew it would not be a disappointment. The best bonus was the added pinball room that is included with admission. I may suck at pinball but I sure do love to play it.

The gift shop has a pretty great selection of vinyl so make sure you browse before you enter through the mouth of the devil.

There is just way too much to see in this place. Very much worth a stop. There is a lot of authentic items on display and the owner and staff are ready and willing to explain any and everything. They are renovating right now. I look forward to another visit when they reopen.
