I started another 52 lists project. This time it is lists for "Calm". The first exercise was to list everything I was thinking about. Once I finished that I had to cross out anything I could not get done in this moment. Lastly, I had to circle one thing I could do or a positive thought to carry with me.
I listed many, many things. I will keep this post at 5 like I had done with my last 52 lists project.
1. Make room in Brody's closet
3. Digital Learning
4. Baking things
5. Getting serious about running again.
The last one listed is the one I circled. We are on week 2 of couch to 10k. We have been doing Beach Body workouts in between. I would say this is the one we are most serious about. Exercise = calm.
