Trwyn Du Lighthouse
Our very last excursion in Wales was an unplanned one. The weather was especially good on our last day in Wales so Hayley and Els took us to this picturesque beach complete with lighthouse.
The lighthouse was built between 1835-1838 and has been unmanned since 1922. In 1996 is received an upgrade including solar lights.
And this would be the last group picture I would take. What a ride this was. I feel incredibly grateful to have been invited to take part in this trip and to be able to actually make it happen. It was a lot of planning and exceeded my expectations. I am warm with the friendships I have made.
