Throw Momma From the TrainThis is a fairly active track of railroad. The trestle has an easily accessible trail that leads straight up the side to the top of it. I would not recommend playing around railroad tracks. We were super careful and did not hang around on the actual tracks very long. We were hyper aware of how often the trains ran.
We were up and down in a flash, just to take in the view. A train did come while we were still on the trail beside the tracks. Everyone took cover in case an rocks came flying at us. Even though we were safely away it is still unnerving to listen to how loud they are and see how long and fast they come.
