List the elements of my life where I feel challenged in a positive way.

1. Photography would be the number one no-brainer answer that immediately pops into my head. I am constantly striving to be more creative, learn more techniques and stay up to date on the latest technology.
2. Being a mom is by far the most positive challenge I have ever faced. It is a constant check and balance.
3. Running definitely. I still can't believe I am a runner and I could kick myself for waiting so long to start.
4. Kayaking is challenging and oh so rewarding. Hands down this is the best mind-clearing exercise in the world. Especially if you are on a river. You really have to pay attention to navigate tricky spots. It is great upper strength training (which I have none of) and keeps you on your toes.
5. Travel can be a challenge in a positive way. I am super thrifty along with a really bad case of wanderlust. I am forever planning future trips near and far on a dime.
