I suffer from wanderlust.

I am always looking for a vacation deal, planning a trip in my head or on pinterest and scouring Groupon and Living Social for cheap getaways.

I got a Groupon for White Water Express that included white water rafting the Ocoee, a cabin for 2 nights and a high ropes course for 2 people for under $100. Weekends included. How could I pass this up?

My expectations were not high but for that price who cares, it was glamping at best in my mind.

Wow, was I pleasantly surprised!

Our little cabin was adorable. I was thinking it would be like a KOA camping cabin with a bathroom but it was much nicer than that.

The mattresses left much to be desired, and we had a hot water issue that did get resolved but for the price this was the Four Seasons of camping.

We spent the first night exploring the grounds and hiking trails on the property, then sat on this porch drinking wine and listening to music for hours.

When we got married some of our friends bought us a helicopter tour of Maui for a wedding gift. They also gave us this little doll Buddy to bring with us so he could represent them in spirit. Buddy has long since (12 years) sat in my armoire with my collection of Scooby-Doo dolls and a couple of Yankees themed beanie babies. We decided to take him out of retirement.

I could not believe how pretty and how BIG this property was.
