In case you haven't figured it out by now, I like wine.

Part of our getaway package included a wine tasting at our choice of 2 vineyards. We chose Hightower over Crane Creek because there was a fall festival there and we did not want to deal with crowds. Of course when we got to Hightower I realized I grabbed the wrong pass.

 We did what any good wine lover would do.

We went to both!

I had been here once before with a group of girls and a we hired a driver. I had just come off a month long cleanse and been only eating Vegan. My body did not handle the re-introduction of wine lightly. Needless to say, I don't remember a whole lot from that day.

Hightower Creek makes a MEAN peach slushie.

We bought all the ingredients to make our own. Saving that for a special occasion.
