My son is a Cub Scout

A WEBELO to be exact

As a family we have become very involved with scouting over the past 3 years

I served on the committee for our pack for a year and a half

This has been one of the best experiences my son could have

We have met some incredible parents, leaders and children

My son has learned so many things

New sports like flag football, kickball and lacrosse

He learned to ride a bike

and rollerskate and bowl

Shoot a gun

shoot a bow and arrow like a super hero

He also learned what it is like to live with different disabilities

We earned awards and achievements

We built and raced cars and boats and won trophies

We also got to do a lot of camping and hiking

and spend the night in some really cool places like caves and battleships

and have some pretty fun summer pool parties

scouting has taught my son so much and I hope he stays with it
