I have been itching (literally with all this pollen in the air) to go out and explore the local parks. I have also recently re-discovered my trusty old walk around lens. It's an Nikon 18-200mm and it is still fabulous. It was the first lens I bought when I got into digital that was not left over from my film cameras. As I started doing more and more professional portraits and weddings, I have added faster glass and kinda forgot about it. I put it on my back up camera during a recent wedding I shot and was pleasantly surprised at the results and decided it needed to be added back in the shoot sac, which is my "go-to" bag for all events I shoot.

 Some friends explored a nearby park I had not heard of and finally made time to go myself. It was just what I needed. Time with my family, my dog and my camera.
