From the moment we set our yoga mats down, we were surrounded by goats. One took up residence with my friend Laura almost immediately. He remained a constant between the 4 of us through just about the entire session. The Red Wagon Goats hosted the yoga event and they knocked it out of the park. This was a much better goat yoga experience than last year. The goats were corralled in a much smaller area which kept them interactive through out the session.
Laura was indeed the goat whisperer. They sure did love her and Madison. Brody received a lot of goat loving as well. I received a pony tail chewing from a 3 week old baby while in child's pose.
There was plenty of time before, after and during yoga to play with the goats. If you are looking for a really fun goat yoga class, more about the goats than yoga, this is the one for you! They sell out pretty much the second they go on sale so keep your eye out on their facebook page. They plan to announce another class in May. I highly recommend it.
It is no secret that I love goats. They make me laugh. Most of my Instagram feed is goats. Find what brings you joy, right? Seriously though, if you like goats you need to check out goats of anarchy.
