Southeast Llama Rescue has a bi-annual pub crawl fundraiser. This year is the first time I was able to attend. It was in my favorite neighborhood, East Atlanta Village. Ariana came with me. This was her first time meeting the llama's and my llama friends. We started off pre-gaming at the Atlanta Alpaca Treehouse aka Kate + Kara's house. We went there with the intention of meeting Vincent, her newly acquired foster kitty. We were seriously considering bringing him home with us. If it wasn't for my aging Zero and my sons concern over his mice he would be lounging on my bed right now.
I have been dying to see the treehouse they built in person. Pictures do not do it justice. Everything is made from reclaimed materials. They now have the #1 treehouse on Airbnb. Several TV episodes and music videos have been filmed here. It really is amazing. As is the rest of their home, property and animals. Not to mention they are the nicest women in the world.
Ariana Dandelion is the absolute sweetest camelid I have ever met. My daughter fell in love with her and Dali Llama.
You can tell Kara loves all her babies!
What started off as a rainy morning turned into a very perfect 70 degree day drinking pub crawl afternoon. Lots of money was raised for these rescues and no animal was harmed. There was even a baby Roo visiting from an exotic animal rescue from Virginia to help raise money.

This goes down as one of THE best mother-daughter days.
A little Flat Iron wisdom.
The crawl went from 2-6 and traveled through EAV Starting at The Earl, the Flatiron, the 529 and ending at Midway. We were only there from the beginning until halfway through 529. Managed to score and awesome puzzle from a local artist from the raffle and had 2 beers each to support the llama's. I can't wait for the next one!
